Terms and Conditions
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION THAT MAY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, REQUIRING INDIVIDUAL BINDING ARBITRATION OF ANY POTENTIAL LEGAL DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND ANYJOB, LLC AND WAIVING ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
Welcome and thank you for using this online services platform, provided by AnyJob, LLC, or its affiliates that provide access or links to these Terms and Conditions (collectively, “AnyJob, LLC,” “AnyJob,” “us,” or “we”). By visiting, using, or registering with www.anyjob.com (the “Site”) or downloading or using an application offered by AnyJob (the “Application”), or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms, including the arbitration provision and class action waiver herein, so please read them carefully.
The Site and Application are offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States or any of its territories or possessions. By using the Site or Application, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with AnyJob and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you should stop using the Site or Application. If you do not agree to these Terms, then you should not use the Site or Application. If at any time you do not accept all of these Terms, you should immediately stop using the Site or Application.

Dispute Resolution by Binding Individual Arbitration and Class Action Waiver (“Dispute Resolution”)
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY BECAUSE IT REQUIRES YOU AND ANYJOB TO RESOLVE CERTAIN DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, IT LIMITS THE PARTIES’ RIGHTS TO SEEK RELIEF IN COURT, AND IT WAIVES THE RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO JOIN WITH OTHERS IN A LAWSUIT.
This section sets out our agreement for resolving all disputes relating to your use of the Site or Application, including but not limited to our collection, use, and sharing of data on and from the Site or Application. Other than a claim filed in a court that is limited to adjudicating small claims, in the event of any dispute of any nature whatsoever relating to your use of our website, past, present or future, in law or in equity, including the determination of the scope, validity, or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, you and AnyJob agree and consent to binding arbitration at JAMS for all such disputes on an individual (not class) basis before a single arbitrator under the applicable JAMS Arbitration Rules and Procedures in effect at the time of the filing, rather than litigating the dispute in court. You may obtain a copy of the applicable JAMS rules at www.jamsadr.com. If JAMS is unavailable or unwilling to administer arbitration consistent with this section, another arbitration provider shall be selected by the parties that will administer the arbitration consistent with it. If the parties cannot agree on a provider, the parties may ask a court to appoint an arbitrator that will administer the proceeding consistent with this section.
You and AnyJob also agree that: (a) by their dealings the parties’ conduct is in and affecting interstate commerce; and (b) the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) applies and governs this agreement. To the extent state law is applicable under the FAA, the law of the state of Florida shall apply, without regard to its choice of law provisions. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to determine the scope, validity, and enforceability of this arbitration agreement.
If the arbitration takes place in-person, it shall be held in the City of Orlando, Florida. If you commence an arbitration action against AnyJob, you must provide notice to AnyJob at:

If AnyJob commences an arbitration action against you, it will send the notice to your last address of record with AnyJob.
BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, THE PARTIES ARE GIVING UP THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL IN COURT AND THE RIGHT TO A JURY, AND THERE IS MORE LIMITED DISCOVERY THAN MIGHT OTHERWISE BE AVAILABLE IN COURT. IN ADDITION, YOU AND ANYJOB AGREE NOT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, A CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION, CLAIMS BROUGHT IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY, OR CONSOLIDATED CLAIMS IF THE OTHER PARTY HERETO IS A PARTY TO THE PROCEEDING.
For purposes of this Dispute Resolution section, AnyJob includes its/their past, present, and future officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, contractors, parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, and assigns. It does not include Service Providers as defined in these Terms. In addition, the following persons or entities are intended third-party beneficiaries of this dispute resolution section and may enforce the terms of this section as if they were direct parties: (a) contractors who provided website, internet, or any other marketing services to AnyJob; (b) companies with which AnyJob shares data regarding your use of AnyJob’s Site or Application, including by way of illustration and not limitation, website analytics companies.
Definitions.
“Services” means one or more services provided, outside of the Site or Application, by a Service Provider to a Service Requester connected to one another through the Site or Application.
“Service Provider” means a user of the Site or Application that offers Services.
“Service Requester” means a user of the Site or Application that desires to engage a Service Provider for the provision of Services.
Registration with the Site or Application
To access and use an Application or certain of the resources offered, you will be asked to provide certain registration details. In consideration of your use of the Site and/or Application, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete account information. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your login or account and refuse any and all current and future use of the Site and/or Application to you. We reserve the right to refuse service and terminate logins or accounts.
ANYJOB EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ENSURING, GUARANTEEING, OR OTHERWISE OFFERING ANY DEFINITIVE PROMISE OF SECURITY IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OR USAGE INFORMATION AND FURTHER DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY THAT MAY ARISE SHOULD ANY OTHER INDIVIDUALS OBTAIN THE INFORMATION YOU SUBMIT TO THE ANYJOB PLATFORM.
Once registered, you may be provided or asked to establish login credentials to access your account.You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your information, other related login or account information, and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. AnyJob is not responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of your account. If you choose, or are provided with, a username, password, or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any other person or entity. You agree that AnyJob does not have any responsibility if you lose or share access to your device. You also acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to the Site, Application, or portions of it using your username, password, or other security information. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Links to Third Party Websites
Occasionally, we may make available a link to a third party’s website. These links will let you leave the Site or Application. The linked websites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for the contents of any linked website, or any link or information contained in a linked website, or any changes or updates to such websites. We encourage you to review such third party’s online terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
You understand that AnyJob cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading from the internet or the Site or Application will be free of viruses or other destructive code. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for anti-virus protection and accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to our site for any reconstruction of any lost data. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY A DISTRIBUTED DENIAL-OF-SERVICE ATTACK, VIRUSES, OR OTHER TECHNOLOGICALLY HARMFUL MATERIAL THAT MAY INFECT YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, COMPUTER PROGRAMS, DATA, OR OTHER PROPRIETARY MATERIAL DUE TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR APPLICATION. OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE OR APPLICATION, OR YOUR DOWNLOADING OF ANY MATERIAL POSTED ON IT, OR ON ANY WEBSITE LINKED TO IT.
YOUR USE OF THE SITE, THE APPLICATION, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE OR APPLICATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SITE, THE APPLICATION, THEIR CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE OR APPLICATION ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER ANYJOB LLC, NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH ANYJOB LLC, MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE OR APPLICATION. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER ANYJOB LLC NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH ANYJOB LLC REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE SITE, THE APPLICATION, THEIR CONTENT, OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE OR THE APPLICATION WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT OUR SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE SITE, THE APPLICAITON OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, ANYJOB LLC HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
Limitation on Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ANYJOB LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SUPPORT PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS (WHICH FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT AND PURPOSES OF CLARITY, DOES NOT INLCUDE SERVICE PROVIDERS), OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, THE APPLICATION, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE OR THE APPLICATION, OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.
You and AnyJob LLC agree that the limitations of liability specified in this section are essential provisions of these terms, without which the Site or Application would not be made available. You and AnyJob LLC further agree that these essential provisions are a reasonable allocation of risk and apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence and strict liability), or otherwise, and apply even if any limited remedy specified in this agreement is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights. To the extent the above disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability is restricted under law, the above limitation shall be applied to the maximum extent permitted under such law.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Site, the Application and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by AnyJob, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Site and Application for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site or Application, except as follows:
- Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
- You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
- You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
- If we provide desktop, mobile, or other applications for download, you may download a single copy to your computer or mobile device solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you agree to be bound by our end user license agreement for such applications.
You must not:
- Modify copies of any materials from this Site or Application.
- Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from the accompanying text.
- Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from this site.
- Sell or use any materials from this Site or Application to develop or provide another website or application, create or expand any databases, compilations or directories, or provide any product or service similar to AnyJob or any application.
- Use bots, crawlers, or spiders on any Site or Application for any purpose, including to collect, harvest or mine information.
- Assist any third party in violating this Agreement.
- Rent, lease, lend, sublease, license, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, data mine, scrape, or otherwise make available the Site or Application or any of their Content or Offerings to any third party, for any commercial purpose, or in competition with AnyJob, including making such Site or Application available where it is capable of being accessed by devices other than your personal devices.
You must not access or use for any commercial purposes any part of the Site, the Application or any services or materials available through the Site or Application.
If you wish to make any use of material on the Site or Application other than that set out in this section, please address your request to: info@anyjob.com.
If you print, copy, modify, download, or otherwise use or provide any other person with access to any part of the Website in breach of the Terms , your right to use the Site or Application will stop immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made. No right, title, or interest in or to the Site, the Application, or any of their content is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by AnyJob. Any use of the Site or Application not expressly permitted by these Terms is a breach of these Terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Trademarks
AnyJob’s name, the term AnyJob, the AnyJob hammer design mark, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of AnyJob or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of AnyJob. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this Site or Application are the trademarks of their respective owners.
User Contributions
The Site or Application may contain message boards, chat rooms, personal web pages or profiles, forums, bulletin boards, chat messages between users, including the Service Requester and Service Provider and other interactive features (collectively, "Interactive Services") that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit to other users or other persons (hereinafter, "post") content or materials (collectively, "User Contributions") on or through the Site or Application. User Contributions include but are not limited to: (1) information provided by a Service Provider relating to the Service Provider’s identity and Services the Service Provider can deliver, (2) information provided by a Service Requester relating to the Service Requester’s identity and the Services the Service Requester needs, and (3) Service Provider reviews, ratings, comments or other information users provide through Site or Application. User Contributions do not include any financial information submitted to a third party payment provider through Site or Application, or provided in any portion of AnyJob’s Submission forms that expressly provide that the information will not be publicly accessible.
All User Contributions must comply with the Content Standards set out in these Terms.
Any User Contribution you post to the Site or Application will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing any User Contribution on the Site or Application, you grant us and our affiliates and support providers, and each of their respective licensees, successors, and assigns the right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, create derivative works and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material for any purpose, including but not limited to, use in AnyJob’s business (including, without limitation, for products or advertising) without incurring any liability for royalties or any other consideration of any kind and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in future AnyJob operations.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or control all rights in and to the User Contributions and have the right to grant the license granted above to us and our affiliates and support providers, and each of their respective licensees, successors, and assigns.
- All of your User Contributions do and will comply with these Terms.
You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible for any User Contributions you submit or contribute, and you, not the Company, have full responsibility for such content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness.
We are not responsible or liable to any third party for the content or accuracy of any User Contributions posted by you or any other user of the Site or Application.
Monitoring and Enforcement; Termination
We have the right to:
- Remove or refuse to post any User Contributions for any or no reason in our sole discretion.
- Take any action with respect to any User Contribution that we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion, including if we believe that such User Contribution violates the Terms, including the Content Standards, infringes any intellectual property right or other right of any person or entity, threatens the personal safety of users of the Site or Application or the public, or could create liability for AnyJob LLC.
- Disclose your identity or other information about You to any third party who claims that material posted by You violates their rights, including their intellectual property rights or their right to privacy.
- Take appropriate legal action, including without limitation, referral to law enforcement, for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Site or Application.
- Terminate or suspend Your access to all or part of the Site or Application for any or no reason, including without limitation, any violation of these Terms.
Without limiting the foregoing, we have the right to cooperate fully with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or other information of anyone posting any materials on or through the Site or Application. YOU WAIVE AND HOLD HARMLESS ANYJOB AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSEES, AND SUPPORT PROVIDERS FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY ANYJOB DURING, OR TAKEN AS A CONSEQUENCE OF, INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER ANYJOB OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.
However, we do not undertake to review all material before it is posted on the Site or Application and cannot ensure prompt removal of objectionable material after it has been posted. Accordingly, we assume no liability for any action or inaction regarding transmissions, communications, or content provided by any user or third party. We have no liability or responsibility to anyone for performance or nonperformance of the activities described in this section.
Content Standards
These content standards apply to any and all User Contributions and use of Interactive Services. User Contributions must in their entirety comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, User Contributions must not:
- Contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Promote sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
- Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or other rights of any other person.
- Violate the legal rights (including the rights of publicity and privacy) of others or contain any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws or regulations or that otherwise may be in conflict with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- Be likely to deceive any person.
- Promote any illegal activity, or advocate, promote, or assist any unlawful act.
- Cause annoyance, inconvenience, or needless anxiety or be likely to upset, embarrass, alarm, or annoy any other person.
- Solicit funds, advertisers or sponsors on or in conjunction with the Site or Application.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.
- Involve commercial activities or sales, such as contests, sweepstakes, and other sales promotions, barter, or advertising.
- Give the impression that they emanate from or are endorsed by us or any other person or entity, if this is not the case.
- Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the Site or Application or portions of the Site or Application that are restricted from general access or circumvent any technical measures designed to prevent the same.
- Use the Site or Application to collect information about other users or to facilitate unsolicited advertising to other users, send bulk or junk email, or other unauthorized solicitation.
- Make any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand.
- Advertise any commercial endeavor (e.g., offering for sale products or services) or otherwise engage in any commercial activity (e.g., conducting raffles or contests, displaying sponsorship banners, and/or soliciting goods or services) except as may be specifically authorized in writing by AnyJob.
Service Activities
By agreeing to retain a Service Provider through the Site or Application, each Service Requester enters into a direct contractual relationship with the Service Provider. From the point at which you retain a Service Provider, AnyJob acts solely as an intermediary between the Service Requester and the Service Provider to facilitate communication, scheduling and payment. The information disclosed when engaging with a potential Service Provider regarding Services is based on the information provided to AnyJob by the Service Provider. AnyJob cannot guarantee that all information is accurate, complete and correct, nor can AnyJob or its affiliates be held responsible for any errors, interruptions, inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or untrue information, or non-delivery of information. Each Service Provider remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information shown (including the prices and availability) displayed on the Site or Application.
Payment processing services for the purchase of Services through the Application or the Site are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, available at https://stripe.com/us/connect-account/legal, and Stripe’s Terms of Service, available at https://stripe.com/us/legal (with the Strip Connected Account Agreement and the Stripe Terms of Services collectively referred to as the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to the Terms or continuing to use the Site or Application, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of AnyJob enabling payment processing services through Stripe, You agree to provide AnyJob accurate and complete information, and You authorize AnyJob to share it and transaction information related to Your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.
Personal and financial information provided by users making purchases through the Site or Application is further governed by the AnyJob Privacy Policy referenced and linked herein.
Advertisement and Promotions
AnyJob may run advertisements and promotions from third parties on the Site or Application related to third-party products or services. Your communications, relationships and business dealings with any third party’s advertisement or promotion on the Site or Application, including payment and delivery of products and related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, shall be solely matters between you and such third parties. You acknowledge and agree that AnyJob is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such third-party advertisers on the Site or Application.
Managing Your Communication Preferences
If you have agreed to receive SMS/MMS messages from AnyJob, you can opt out at any time by responding “STOP” or by opening “Settings” in the Application and clicking on “Stop Notifications.”
Copyright Infringement
If you believe that any User Contributions violate your copyright, please see below for instructions on sending us a notice of copyright infringement. It is the policy of the Company to terminate the user accounts of repeat infringers.
Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement
AnyJob takes claims of copyright infringement seriously. AnyJob will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law. If you believe any materials accessible on or from the Site or Application infringe your copyright, you may request removal of those materials (or access to them) from the Site or Application by submitting written notification to our copyright agent designated below. In accordance with the Online Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) ("DMCA"), the written notice (the "DMCA Notice") must include substantially the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.

The DMCA allows us to restore the removed content if the party filing the original DMCA Notice does not file a court action against you within ten business days of receiving the copy of your Counter Notice.

Repeat Infringers
It is AnyJob’s policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Linking to the Website and Social Media Features
You may link to our homepage, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval, or endorsement on our part without our express written consent.
This Site or Application may provide certain social media features that enable you to:
- Link from your own or certain third-party websites to certain content on the Site or Application.
- Send emails or other communications with certain content, or links to certain content, on the Site or Application.
- Cause limited portions of content on the Site or Application to be displayed or appear to be displayed on your own or certain third-party websites.
You may use these features solely as they are provided by us and solely with respect to the content they are displayed with, and otherwise in accordance with any additional terms and conditions we provide with respect to such features. Subject to the foregoing, you must not:
- Establish a link from any website that is not owned by you.
- Cause the Site, Application, or portions of them to be displayed on, or appear to be displayed by, any other site, for example, framing, deep linking, or in-line linking.
- Link to any part of the Site or Application other than the homepage.

You agree to cooperate with us in causing any unauthorized framing or linking immediately to stop. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
We may disable all or any social media features and any links at any time without notice in our discretion.
Geographic Restrictions
The owner of the Site and Application are based in the State of Florida in the United States. We provide this Site and Application for use only by persons located in the United States. We make no claims that the Site, the Application or any of its content is accessible or appropriate outside of the United States. Access to the Site or Application may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Site or Application from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to the conflicts of law provisions. To the extent that a dispute relating to your use of the Site, the Application, these Terms and Conditions, or AnyJob’s Privacy Policy, is not addressed or covered by the Dispute Resolution by Binding Individual Arbitration and Class Action Waiver, the parties agree that any such dispute shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in and for Orange County, Florida, and the parties submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts for such actions.
Waiver
No waiver by AnyJob of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of AnyJob to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Severability and Survival
Except as otherwise provided herein, if any section or provision of these Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that section or provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining sections or provisions.
In addition to such other sections or provisions hereof which, by applicable law or by their terms, survive any termination or expiration of these Terms, the following sections or provisions shall survive termination of these Terms: (a) Dispute Resolution by Binding Individual Arbitration and Class Action Waiver; (b) Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability; and (c) Governing Law.
No Assignment.
You may not assign or transfer agreement to the Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without AnyJob’s prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer agreement to the Terms, without such consent, will be null and of no effect. AnyJob may assign or transfer agreement to the Terms, at its sole discretion, without restriction. Subject to the foregoing, the Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, and their permitted successors and assigns.
Site Policies and Modification
Please review our other policies, such as our applicable privacy policies, posted on the Site.
To the extent these Terms conflict with the Privacy Policy, these Terms control. To the extent these Terms conflict with our Service Provider Agreement, the Service Provider Agreement controls. To the extent these Terms conflict with our End User License Agreement, the End User License Agreement controls.
We reserve the right to make changes to our Site, policies, and these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Site and Application thereafter. Your continued use of the Site or Application following the posting of revised Terms and Conditions or policies means that you accept and agree to the changes.
If AnyJob amends the Dispute Resolution section of these Terms, those amendments will not apply to any dispute that AnyJob had actual notice of on the date of the amendment. If AnyJob terminates the agreement to arbitrate, the agreement to arbitrate will remain effective for disputes that arose prior to the date of termination.
We may update the content on the Site or Application from time to time, but its content is not necessarily complete or up-to-date. Any of the material on the Site or Application may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.
RESTRICTIONS ON USE
You may only use an Application for purposes expressly permitted. You may not use an Application for any other purpose without AnyJob’s express prior written consent. You acknowledge and agree that you shall not:
sell or use an Application or AnyJob Content to (i) develop or provide a website or mobile application, (ii) create or expand any databases, compilation, or directory, or (iii) provide any product or service similar to AnyJob or any Application;
- copy any Application or AnyJob Content except as expressly provided by this Agreement or such Application guides and instructions;
- modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works or improvements, whether or not patentable or copyrightable, of any Application or AnyJob Content;
- reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to gain access to the source code or technology underlying any Application or AnyJob Content;
- use bots, crawlers, or spiders on any Application for any purpose, including to collect, harvest or mine information;
- use any Application to collect information about other Users or to facilitate unsolicited advertising to other Users, send bulk or junk email, or other unauthorized solicitation.
- rent, lease, lend, sublease, license, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, data mine, scrape, or otherwise make available any Application or any of its AnyJob Content, features, or functionality to any third party, for any commercial purpose, or in competition with AnyJob, including making such Application available where it is capable of being accessed by devices other than your personal devices;
- make any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand;
- disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise abuse, any Application, or any services, system resources, accounts, servers or networks connected to or accessible through any Application or affiliated or linked websites;
- attempt to obtain unauthorized access to any Application or portions of any Application that are restricted from general access, or circumvent any technical measure implemented to protect any Application or AnyJob Content;
- disrupt or interfere with any other user’s enjoyment of any Application or linked websites;
- advertise any commercial endeavor (e.g., offering for sale products or services) or otherwise engage in any commercial activity (e.g., conducting raffles or contests, displaying sponsorship banners, and/or soliciting goods or services) except as may be specifically authorized by an applicable Application;
- solicit funds, advertisers or sponsors on or in conjunction with an Application;
- upload or disseminate programs which contain viruses, worms and/or Trojan horses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications;
- violate any local, state, provincial, national, or other law or regulation, or any order of a court;
- post, send, submit, publish, or transmit any material that: (i) you do not have the right to post, including proprietary material of any third party; (ii) advocates illegal activity or discusses an intent to commit an illegal act; (iii) is vulgar, obscene, pornographic, or indecent; (iv) threatens or abuses others, libels, defames, invades privacy, stalks, is obscene, racist, abusive, harassing, threatening or offensive; (v) seeks to exploit or harm children by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable details or otherwise; (vi) infringes any intellectual property or other right of any entity or person, including violating anyone’s copyrights or trademarks or their rights of publicity; (vii) violates any law or may be considered to violate any law;
- impersonate or misrepresent your connection to any other entity or person or otherwise manipulate headers or identifiers to disguise the origin of the content;
- disobey any policy or regulations established from time to time regarding use of the Applications or any networks connected to an Application; or
- assist any third party in violating this Agreement.
SERVICE ACTIVITIES
By agreeing to retain a Service Provider through an Application, each Service Receiver enters into a direct contractual relationship with the Service Provider. From the point at which you retain a Service Provider, AnyJob acts solely as an intermediary between you and the Service Provider to facilitate communication, scheduling and payment. The information disclosed on an Application regarding Services is based on the information provided to AnyJob by the Service Provider. AnyJob cannot guarantee that all information is accurate, complete and correct, nor can AnyJob or its affiliates be held responsible for any errors, interruptions, inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or untrue information, or non-delivery of information. Each Service Provider remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information shown (including the prices and availability) displayed on an Application.
Payment processing services for the purchase of Activities through an Application are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, available at https://stripe.com/us/connect-account/legal, and Stripe’s Terms of Service, available at https://stripe.com/us/legal (with the Strip Connected Account Agreement and the Stripe Terms of Services collectively referred to as the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to this Agreement or continuing to operate as a Service Provider, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of AnyJob enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide AnyJob accurate and complete information, and you authorize AnyJob to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.
Personal and financial information provided by Users making purchases through an Application is further governed by the AnyJob Privacy provisions set forth in this Agreement.
ADVERTISEMENTS AND PROMOTIONS
AnyJob may run advertisements and promotions from third parties on an Application related to certain products or services. Your communications, relationships and business dealings with any third parties advertising or promoting on an Application, including payment and delivery of products and related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, shall be solely matters between you and such third parties. You acknowledge and agree that AnyJob is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such third-party advertisers on the AnyJob Platform.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Each User providing Submissions retains ownership of all Submissions to an Application, subject to the license granted to AnyJob set forth in the Submissions provision of this Agreement. With the exception of your Submissions, the AnyJob Platform and all AnyJob Content accessible through an Application are the intellectual property or proprietary information of AnyJob, and AnyJob retains all right, title, and interest in the AnyJob Content. Each Applications and AnyJob Content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Accordingly, each Application and AnyJob Content may not be copied, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted, or transmitted for any commercial purpose, or for any other purpose prohibited herein, without the prior written consent of AnyJob. Each Application and all AnyJob Content are intended for your personal use strictly in accordance with this Agreement. You may not remove or alter, or cause to be removed or altered, any copyright, trademark, trade name, service mark, or any other proprietary notice or legend appearing on Any Application or any AnyJob Content. Modification or use of an Application or AnyJob Content except as expressly provided in this Agreement or by the proper use of an Application may violate AnyJob’s intellectual property rights. Neither title to nor any other intellectual property rights are transferred to you by access or use of an Application.
Except for trademarks, service marks, and logos provided by Service Providers or third party advertisors, all other trademarks, service marks, and logos appearing on each Application and on AnyJob Content are the property of AnyJob. AnyJob retains all rights with respect to all such trademarks, service marks, and logos appearing in all Applications.
SUBMISSIONS
You hereby grant AnyJob the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display any Submission, and to incorporate any Submission in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed. AnyJob will not be required to treat any Submission as confidential, and may use any Submission in its business (including without limitation, for products or advertising) without incurring any liability for royalties or any other consideration of any kind, and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in future AnyJob operations.
You warrant that you have all necessary permission to submit, upload or post your Submission and that your Submission does not violate any applicable law, rule or regulation. You further warrant that your Submission does not infringe on or misappropriate any rights of third parties, including the intellectual property rights of any third parties. You agree to pay any damages, royalties, fees or other amounts owed to any third party as a result of your Submission.
PRIVACY
Personal and Aggregate Information. "Personal Information" is information that you provide to us which personally identifies you, such as your name, email address, or other data, which can be reasonably linked to such information by AnyJob. Personal Information is different than Aggregate Non-Personal Information. "Aggregate Non-Personal Information" is information that is recorded about users and collected into groups so that it no longer reflects or references an individually identifiable user. AnyJob uses your Personal Information to facilitate connections between Service Providers and Service Receivers and for other purposes set forth on the AnyJob Platform. AnyJob may collect Aggregate Non-Personal Information to assist AnyJob in improving the services offered through an Application or for any other reason and use or dispose of that information in any manner, at AnyJob’s sole discretion, so long as any information that specifically identifies you has been removed.
Information AnyJob Does Not Collect. We do not intentionally collect any Personal Information from a visitor to an Application unless that visitor provides it. AnyJob does not intentionally collect any Personal Information revealing political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health, or sex life, unless such information is required to comply with applicable laws or regulations.
Automatically Gathered Information. AnyJob may automatically collect your browser type, browser version, device information, operating system, or other hardware or software information to tailor the presentation of any Application to your platform or device and to maintain a record of your activity on each Application. AnyJob may also use cookies to enable users to specify unique preferences and to track user trends and patterns. Users always have the option of disabling cookies via their browser or device preferences. If you disable cookies on your browser or device, please note that some parts of the Application may not function or may be considerably slower. As an automatic process, our web server software may record a log file of IP addresses that access the website Application. We may also collect IP address information but do not ordinarily link IP addresses to users' Personal Information, other than for statistical analysis as needed. However, we can and will use IP addresses to identify a User when we, in our sole discretion, determine that it is necessary to enforce compliance with this Agreement or to protect our service, Applications, customers or others. Other tracking technologies may record information such as Internet domain and host names; browser software and operating system types; MAC address or other technical information from your device; location information through GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or similar technologies; and dates and times of your access to an Application. AnyJob may also use technology called "tracer tags" (also known as "pixels", "clear GIFs" or "web beacons") that allow AnyJob to understand which pages you visit on an Application and other ways you interact with us. These tracer tags are used to help us to optimize and tailor an Application for you and other Users. We may link the information we record using tracking technologies to Personal Information we collect.
How AnyJob Uses Contact Information. When you provide us with contact information for the purpose of providing or receiving Services, we may make that contact information available to other Users of any Application. We may also use links on an Application to provide you with the opportunity to contact us via e-mail or through other means to ask questions, request information and, register or provide comments and suggestions. To do so, we may request additional Personal Information from you to help us satisfy your request. However, we will never contact you via email to ask you for credit card information, bank account numbers or other financial information. We may use Personal Information for our own internal purposes including contacting you via email to inform you about important updates to an Application. We do not rent or sell our User’s Personal Information to third parties. We may, however, provide you with the opportunity to receive communications via email but will provide you with an opportunity to opt out of such communications.
Email and Mobile Communications. Each Application contains services and features that are available to certain mobile phones or devices. Your carrier’s normal rates and fees apply. Not all AnyJob services will work with all carriers or devices. You should check the rates and services offered by your carrier. By using an Application, you agree that AnyJob may communicate with you by electronic means, including to your mobile device(s). If you change or deactivate your mobile phone number or email address, you must promptly update your account information to ensure that we don’t send your messages to a different person.
Under Age Information. We do not seek or knowingly collect any Personal Information about children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.
Reviews, Ratings and Comments. We collect information that you voluntarily provide on or through an Application, including messages, posts, comments, responses, reviews, and ratings you submit to us. AnyJob may, in its sole discretion, share this information with others. If you do not want certain information shared with others, you should not submit reviews, ratings, comments or other Submissions on or through an Application. You should also not submit any reviews, ratings, comments or other Submissions that contains Personal Information or other information you do not want shared with others. Once you have submitted reviews, ratings, comments or other Submissions, we reserve the right to publish these in any medium to others.
Third Party Information. AnyJob may supplement information Users provide to us with information from other sources, such as information to validate or update address, payment card or other demographic and lifestyle information. We use this information to help us maintain the accuracy of the information we collect, to provide Services, to target our communications so that we can inform you of Service opportunities that may be of interest, and for internal business analysis or other business purposes consistent with our mission.
In the event of any conflict between the privacy provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of AnyJob’s Privacy Policy, the provisions of the Privacy Policy shall control.
MONITORING AND SECURITY
AnyJob reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor use of each Application to determine compliance with this Agreement, as well the right to remove or refuse any Submission or other information for any reason. Notwithstanding these rights, you remain solely responsible for the content of your Submission. You acknowledge and agree that AnyJob and its owners, managers, and employees do not assume or have any liability for any action or inaction with respect to any User Submission. AnyJob reserves the right at all times to disclose any information on any portion of any Application as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, or to refuse to post, or to remove, any Submission or other materials, in whole or in part, that in AnyJob’s sole and absolute discretion are objectionable or in violation of this Agreement. AnyJob reserves the right to fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing AnyJob to disclose the identity of anyone believed to violate this Agreement.
BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT YOU WAIVE AND HOLD HARMLESS ANYJOB AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, AND EMPLOYEES FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY ANYJOB DURING OR AS A RESULT OF ITS INVESTIGATIONS AND/OR FROM ANY ACTIONS TAKEN AS A CONSEQUENCE OF INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER ANYJOB OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.
DMCA COPYRIGHT AND OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CLAIMS
AnyJob respects the intellectual property rights of others, and asks that everyone using the AnyJob Platform do the same. Anyone who believes that their work has been reproduced on the AnyJob Platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement may notify AnyJob’s designated agent for copyright infringement claims in accordance with Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2) (the “DMCA”), by providing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and needs to be removed, including a description of where it is located on the AnyJob Platform so we can locate it;
- Your address, telephone number, and, if available, e-mail address, so that we may contact you about your complaint; and
- A signed statement that the above information is accurate; that you have a good faith belief that the identified use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf in this situation.

An Application may include or contain hyper-links to other sites, which are not maintained by, or related to, AnyJob. Hyper-links to such sites are provided as a service to users and are not sponsored by or affiliated with the AnyJob Platform. AnyJob has not reviewed any or all of such sites and is not responsible for the content of those sites. Hyper-links are to be accessed at the User’s own risk, and AnyJob makes no representations or warranties about the content, completeness or accuracy of these hyper-links or the sites hyper-linked to by any Application. Further, the inclusion of any hyper-link to a third-party website does not necessarily imply endorsement by AnyJob of that site.
DISCLAIMER
You understand that AnyJob cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading from the Internet will be free of viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that may manifest contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the AnyJob Platform for the reconstruction of any lost data. AnyJob does not assume any responsibility or risk for your use of the Internet.
YOUR USE OF THE ANYJOB PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE ANYJOB CONTENT AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AVAILABLE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. ANYJOB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU ARE AWARE THAT SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND THEIR AGENTS PROVIDING SUCH SERVICES, ARE NOT CONTROLLED BY OR DIRECTED BY ANYJOB, AND ANYJOB HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE DELIVERY OF SUCH SERVICES.
All of the information in the AnyJob Platform, whether historical in nature or forward-looking, speaks only as of the date the information is posted, and AnyJob does not undertake any obligation to update such information after it is posted or to remove such information from the AnyJob Platform if it is not, or is no longer, accurate or complete.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
ANYJOB, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, CONTENT PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, MANAGERS, MEMBERS AND DIRECTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, ACTUAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE OR INCOME, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, EVEN IF ANYJOB HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COLLECTIVE LIABILITY OF ANYJOB AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, CONTENT PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, MANAGERS AND DIRECTORS TO ANY PARTY (REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO ANYJOB FOR THE APPLICABLE CONTENT OR SERVICE OUT OF WHICH LIABILITY AROSE.
INDEMNITY
You will indemnify and hold AnyJob, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, content providers, service providers, employees, agents, officers, managers, members, directors, and contractors (the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from any breach of this Agreement by you, including any use of AnyJob Content or Submissions other than as expressly authorized in this Agreement. You agree that the Indemnified Parties will have no liability in connection with any such breach or unauthorized use, and you agree to indemnify any and all resulting loss, damages, judgments, awards, costs, expenses, and attorneys’ fees of the Indemnified Parties in connection therewith. You will also indemnify and hold the Indemnified Parties harmless from and against any claims brought by third parties arising out of your use of information accessed through any Application on the AnyJob Platform.
MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted pursuant to the laws of Florida, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. You specifically consent to personal jurisdiction in Orlando, Florida in connection with any dispute between you and AnyJob arising out of or relating to this Agreement or pertaining to the subject matter hereof.
The parties to this Agreement each agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute between the parties arising out of this Agreement or pertaining to the subject matter of this Agreement will be in the state and federal courts in Orlando, Florida.
If any part of this Agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without AnyJob’s prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer this Agreement, without such consent, will be null and of no effect. AnyJob may assign or transfer this Agreement, at its sole discretion, without restriction. Subject to the foregoing, this Agreement will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, and their permitted successors and assigns.
This Agreement (and any additional terms and conditions posted by AnyJob on the AnyJob Platform that are referenced herein or that reference this Agreement) represent the entire agreement between you and AnyJob regarding your access to, and use of, the AnyJob Platform and supersede any and all prior statements, representations, or prior versions of these terms and conditions relating to the use of the AnyJob Platform that were displayed previously on any Application. The AnyJob Privacy Policy is incorporated herein by reference. AnyJob reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, modify, or alter this Agreement (and any other terms and conditions) at any time by posting the revised terms on the AnyJob Platform.
