This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for AnyJob, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“AnyJob,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) with respect to the website www.anyjob.com, the AnyJob mobile application, and any other services provided by AnyJob (collectively, the “AnyJob Platform”).  This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by or through the AnyJob Platform.

 

In addition to this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), users of the AnyJob Platform should consult AnyJob’s Terms and Conditions. By using the AnyJob Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and agree and acknowledge that you are subject to and bound by AnyJob’s Terms and Conditions.

 

Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

 

We collect information from two categories of parties: (1) the consumers who use the App to request services (“Service Requesters”), and (2) the business who use the App and Site to provide services (“Service Providers”).

 

Information You Provide to Us.  The information we collect on or through the AnyJob Platform may include:

 

  • Any information that Service Requesters provide by using the AnyJob Platform such as name, address, email address, phone number, information about your home, billing information (collectively “Personal Information”), ratings or reviews of services obtained through the AnyJob Platform, and any information you enter into form fields on the AnyJob Platform.
  • Any information that Service Providers provide by using the AnyJob Platform, such as personal name, business legal name, business owner name, business service infudstry, certificate of insurance, business license, years in business, email address, business address, business phone number, information about your skills, experience, eligibility to work and availability, and identification such as your social security number.
  • Records and copies of your correspondence (including related contact information), if you contact us or communicate with a Service Provider or Service Requestor through the AnyJob Platform.
  • Information you provide through voluntary AnyJob surveys, if you include personal information within your survey responses.

 

Credit Card Payments.  Payment processing services will be provided by a third-party payment processor, Stripe. As a condition of AnyJob enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide AnyJob accurate and complete information about you, and you authorize AnyJob to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe. When you add a credit card or payment method to your AnyJob Platform account, or when you make a payment through the AnyJob Platform, Stripe will receive your credit card information.  To keep your financial data secure, we do not store full credit card information on our servers. Additionally, we use encryption to protect your credit card information when it is transferred to Stripe.  We encourage you to log out of your AnyJob account, close your browser, and/or close the AnyJob mobile application after you complete your visit to the AnyJob Platform, in order to protect against unauthorized access to your AnyJob password or account.

 

Use of Cookies and Tracking Technologies. As you navigate through and interact with the AnyJob Platform, or when you contact AnyJob or its affiliates or third-party providers, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment and devices, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

 

  • Details of your visits to the AnyJob Platform, including without limitation the amount of time you spend during each visit, how frequently you visit, specific features of the AnyJob Platform you access, and other actions you take while on the AnyJob Platform.
  • Information about your computer, mobile device or other device, internet connection, IP address, operating system, and browser type.
  • Geographical location information.
  • Information you provide about a third party, such as referral information for an individual you recommend use the AnyJob Platform.

 

Browser Cookies. AnyJob may use a browser feature known as a cookie. Cookies (or browser cookies) are small files placed on the hard drive of your computer or device. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser or device. However, if you select this setting, you may be unable to access certain parts of the AnyJob Platform. Unless you have adjusted your browser or device setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser or device to access the AnyJob Platform.

 

Flash Cookies. Certain features of the AnyJob Platform may use locally stored objects (or Flash cookies) to collect and store information about your preferences and navigation to, from, and on the AnyJob Platform. Flash cookies are not managed by the same browser settings as are used for browser cookies.

 

Other Tracking Technologies. Parts of the AnyJob Platform and our e-mails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons, clear gifs, pixel tags, or single-pixel gifs. Common tracking technologies also include, but are not limited to, Google Tags and Meta Pixel. These tracking technologies may collect website session activity, including: any unique identifier when you arrive at our website through a link; links that you click; pages that you view; form fields that you select; and text fields that you enter. The information is used to compile your activity to produce an individual profile for you, which contains information about your preferences, and to aggregate your website behavioral data with all other visitors’ activity data on our website to help us engage in targeted advertising, and to analyze industry trends, general patterns, overall consumer demands, and website performance.

 

Do Not Track. Some web browsers permit you to broadcast a signal to websites and online services indicating a preference that they “do not track” your online activities. At this time, we do not honor such signals.

 

Collection of Information by Third Parties. As noted above, affiliates, and other third-party service providers may collect and use information about your visits to and use of this website through the use of cookies, pixels, web beacons and other similar technologies. For example, we may work with companies that collect statistical information regarding site usage and provide related analytical services. We also may work with third-party advertising platforms and networks that use cookies, web beacons and other technologies to collect information about your visits to and interactions with this site and other websites in order to provide targeted communications and other advertisements. Third-party service providers may also collect information from your devices and may combine personal and non-personal information about you with information from other sources including your visits to this and other websites, mobile websites and/or mobile applications across your various devices.

 

Information We Collect From Third Parties.  We may also collect information provided to us by a third party, such as:

  • Information we may receive from our third-party vendors related to background checks on Service Providers.
  • authentication tokens collected when you log into the AnyJob Platform through a third-party social media platform.
  • information we receive about you in the form of a review or rating from another AnyJob Platform user.
  • information about your calls or text (SMS) messages made to a Service Provider or Service Requester through the AnyJob Platform.

 

The AnyJob Platform may link or redirect to websites or applications operated by third parties unrelated to AnyJob (“Third Party Websites”).  Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any Third-Party Websites.  We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any Third-Party Website. AnyJob users may also be able to log into AnyJob from a third-party social media site or other website.  If you choose to log in to the AnyJob Platform through such websites, we may share information about your account with the website. Their use of the information will be governed by their privacy policies, and you may be able to modify your privacy settings on their websites.

 

How We Use Information We Collect & Disclosure of Personal Information

 

We do not rent, sell or share personal information with nonaffiliated third parties for direct marketing purposes unless we have your permission.

 

            Service Providers and Service Requesters:

We share some data that Service Requesters voluntarily provide us with the appropriate Service Providers. Before we share this information, each Service Provider must agree not to publish, disseminate or disclose any Personal Data regarding the Service Requesters. Service Providers further agree not to engage in any activity that violates the privacy of any Service Requester.

 

We may also use the information we collect for:

  • scheduling and cancelling services
  • rating and reviewing Service Providers
  • responding to complaints, feedback, or requests for support services
  • corresponding with you regarding your activities on the AnyJob Platform through your preferred modes of communication (for example, via email, telephone, or text message)
  • coordinating payment for services booked through the AnyJob Platform
  • evaluating requests for services
  • sending you marketing or promotional communications
  • performing identification and authentication actions
  • preventing fraud and performing security measures
  • recommending services or customers to AnyJob users

 

Third-Party Support Providers. To operate the AnyJob Platform, process your AnyJob transactions, and support your activities on the AnyJob Platform, we may share information we collect with certain third parties in exchange for their support services, or for other purposes.  We may share the information we collect about you with third parties who we have engaged to help us provide the Site or App, as well as the products and services available through our Site or App. Your Personal Data may be disclosed to affiliates, contractors, support providers, and other third parties we use to support our business. The services provided by these organizations include providing IT and infrastructure support services, advertising, marketing, and payment processing services. Advertising and marketing partners may receive and use your Personal Data to assist us with our advertising and marketing efforts. In each case, we will require that these third parties agree to safeguard your data. Some of our agents and contractors are located outside of the country and, as such, are subject to foreign laws, including laws that may require disclosure of personal information to government agencies in those countries.

 

Social Network and Other Websites. We may also share your information with third-party social networking and other websites, if you log into your AnyJob account and share, or authorize the sharing of, your personal information among such platforms.

 

            Other Disclosures. We may also disclosure your Personal Data:

  • for any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide your information;
  • to comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request;
  • to enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes;
  • if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of AnyJob, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction; and
  • to legal, financial, and other professional advisors or in connection with the sale or reorganization of all or part of its business or operations.

 

 

Your Rights Regarding Your Information and Accessing and Correcting Your Information

 

We will retain your information as needed to provide the AnyJob Platform, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request that we delete your data by contacting us as provided below. However, we may not be able to honor that request in all instances given the laws and regulations that apply to us.

We may not be able to accommodate your request if we believe it would violate any law or legal requirement or if we have a legal basis or obligation to maintain information, or if it would cause the information to be incorrect.

Your state law may permit you the right to request and obtain from us once a year, without charge, a list of the third parties to whom we have disclosed your personal information for direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the type of information disclosed.  To make such a request, please contact us using the information provided in the Contact Us section below.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect and secure data in electronic form containing personal information. That said, AnyJob cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. You should understand, however, that electronic transmissions via the internet are not necessarily secure from interception, and so we cannot absolutely guarantee the security or confidentiality of such transmissions.

 

AnyJob Platform User Age

The AnyJob Platform, and products and services offered through it, are all directed to people who are at least 18 years old or older. If you are under the age of 18, you are not authorized to use the AnyJob Platform.

 

We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Data from a user under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
