No, you don't have to be home for your booking! However, you will need to make sure you are available to communicate with your professional. We will send a notification to remind you of the booking. You are responsible for ensuring the professional has access and information necessary to complete the job otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee per our customer cancellation policy.

- Early notice cancellation fee - Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before job start time - No charge!
- Short notice cancellation fee - Cancel or reschedule 24 - 2 hours before job start time - $40,
- Less than 2 hours before job start time - $75
- Missed appointment fee - A pro arrives for scheduled booking but is unable to gain entry or start - $75
